Sail Beyond Cancer Newport is the 5th chapter of Sail Beyond Cancer USA, a national nonprofit dedicated to honoring those challenged by cancer by harnessing the healing power of wind, water, and sail. We provide free, private 3-hour respite sails for individuals undergoing cancer treatment and up to five loved ones on the beautiful waters of Narragansett Bay.

Our mission is to offer peace, connection, and joy during a difficult time—giving families the chance to “leave cancer at the dock” and create meaningful memories together. We rely on trained volunteers, local partners, and community supporters to make these sails possible.
