Point Wine & Spirits in Newport, RI is looking for a Full Time Sales Associate/Driver to join our Awesome Customer Service team. We are located on 3 Thames St. Our ideal candidate is 21+ with a drivers license, clean driving record, attentive, punctual, and engaged. Pay starts at $16 plus tips, which averages at least $2.00 more per hour

Liquor, fine wine knowledge would be ideal.

Responsibilities

• Welcomes customers by greeting them and offering them assistance.
• Directs customers by escorting them to our products.
• Advises customers by providing information on products.
• Processes payments by totaling purchases; processing checks, cash, and store or other credit cards.
• Use judgment to solve customer problems
• Maintains scheduling commitments

Qualifications

MUST Have Valid Driver License & clean Driving record.

Must Be 21+

• Friendly and outgoing personality
• Excellent verbal skills
• Able to problem solve as issues arise
• Must Be able to lift at least 50lbs
• Knowledge in Wines, Beer & Alcohol
