Position Overview:

The Marketing & Customer Experience Associate plays a key role in growing our brand presence and delivering memorable in-store experiences. This position combines creative marketing with hands-on customer engagement. You will create and manage social media content across Facebook, Instagram, and Tik Tok to drive traffic, promote events, and grow awareness. In-store, you will guide guests through our pour-your-own candle-making experience, ensuring every customer feels welcomed, inspired, and excited to return. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in both digital marketing and face-to-face customer interactions. This is a part-time position with set hours: Thursday through Saturday, 11AM - 7PM with the potential for additional hours.

What You'll Do:

  • Create engaging social media content on all social platforms to increase brand awareness and drive traffic.
  • Develop and execute local marketing initiatives to promote events, bookings, and in-store experiences.
  • Interact with guests in-store, guiding them through the candle-making process and ensuring an exceptional customer experience.
  • Track and analyze marketing efforts, sharing ideas to improve engagement and growth.
  • Represent the brand with professionalism, creativity, and enthusiasm both online and in person.

Qualified Candidate Will Possess:

  • Experience in social media content creation.
  • Marketing background (retail, events or small business experience preferred).
  • Strong customer service and interpersonal skills with a warm engaging personality.
  • Ability to balance creative marketing work with hands-on guest interactions.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills.
  • Passion for creating memorable customer experiences and growing community engagement.
