Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Instructor to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in social work, education, or workforce development. Experience in working with underserved populations is highly recommended.

Responsibilities
- Educate and train individuals in various subjects or skills
- Develop and implement an effective training program
- Provide mentorship and support to individuals in need
- Conduct interviews to assess individual needs and goals
- Collaborate with other professionals to create comprehensive support plans
- Work with individuals to help prepare them to be work ready or pursue a career

Qualifications
- Previous experience in workforce development, social work, or related fields
- Knowledge of employment labor law is a plus
- Strong mentoring and coaching skills
- Ability to work with individuals with various backgrounds
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Passion for helping others reach their full potential

Education
- Bachelor's Degree (preferably in Education or Social Work)

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
