Role Description

The Inside Sales Specialist is responsible for delivering excellent customer service, driving in-store sales, and supporting daily store operations. This role combines product knowledge, sales skills, and hands-on technical tasks such as paint mixing and order preparation. The ideal candidate is customer-focused, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent (required)

Previous retail or sales experience preferred (paint, hardware, or home improvement a plus)

Ability to learn and operate paint mixing systems and color-matching tools

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Basic math skills for mixing formulas and transactions

Ability to lift and move products (typically up to 50 lbs)
