Location: NEWPORT, RI

Pay: $19.00 – $25.00 / hour (based on experience)

Schedule: Monday – Thursday | 7:30am – 5:00pm Friday | 7:30am – 3:00pm

Our privately owned, high tech dental practice is ready to welcome an incredible individual onto our team as a Treatment Coordinator! This position will be pivotal in the success of our practice and will oversee all schedules, treatment and maintain successful communication within the team and with our patients.

Your Role

As our TreatmentCoordinator, you’ll be the friendly face and voice of our practice. You’ll help keep our schedule running smoothly, connect with patients, and ensure every visit is seamless.

Your day will include: Greeting and checking in patients with a smile, managing the schedule in Open Dental, coordinating patient communication and follow-ups, Working closely with our amazing clinical team, keeping the front office running like clockwork!
