Job Description: Catering Event Team

- Summary: Work in our off-site catering teams providing services with our taco cart, bar, buffets, & delivery’s. Flexible “employee choice” position where you can choose which types of events you desire to work and select only the gigs you wish to work at!

- Responsibilities & requirements

o We offer 4 types of services to our clients. You may choose which ones you would like to work and be notified of available shifts for.

§ Delivery & Setup

· Vehicle is packed appropriately with all supplies, staging, food, etc.

· Order is delivery & set up properly and on time

§ On-Site Buffet staffing

· Setting up buffets on-site, tending the buffet quantities, answering questions for guests, and post event clean-up.

§ Cart Service

· Assemble & serve taco/ bowl/ and BBQ dishes from our taco cart!

§ Bar

· TIPS certified bartenders to work our offsite bars for weddings, events, holiday parties etc.

o *Our commissary is located in Middletown, RI. Some events allow you to meet at the event location, however many will require you to start and end at the commissary.

Qualifications/Skills
o Must be articulate, mannerly, presentable, and professional.

o Must be able to lead a small group of people.
o Must be able to adapt to different areas/venues.

• Must be flexible with scheduling - many events are nights/weekends.

o Must be physically capable to lift more than 30 pounds.

• Well organized and keep a tidy work space.

Job Types: Part-time, Seasonal

Pay: $20.00 - $40.00 per hour
