Bartender –

We’re looking for an experienced, personable Bartender to join our team at Tavern on Broadway, a well-established neighborhood spot with a loyal local crowd and plenty of visiting guests. The ideal candidate is friendly, dependable, and takes pride in creating a welcoming, upbeat atmosphere behind the bar.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve drinks efficiently and accurately
• Provide excellent customer service with a friendly, engaging attitude
• Handle cash and credit transactions accurately
• Maintain a clean and organized bar area
• Restock beer, liquor, mixers, and supplies as needed
• Monitor guest consumption and ensure responsible alcohol service
• Work closely with the team to ensure smooth, enjoyable guest experiences

Qualifications:

• Previous bartending experience required (tavern, restaurant, or busy bar preferred)
• Strong knowledge of beer, wine, and classic cocktails
• Excellent communication and multitasking skills
• Reliable, professional, and team-oriented attitude
• Must be 21+ and TIPS (or equivalent) certified
