Michele Gallagher is a multi-faceted branding, marketing communications and PR specialist with experience creating and executing marketing and communications strategy in both B2C and B2B environments, and across digital and traditional channels.

Her experience in the fashion, luxury goods, travel & hospitality, B2B tech, Diversity & Inclusion and promoting non-profit organizations has provided her with a broad bandwidth of know-how and global connections. She has successfully built mar-comm and PR departments for both startups, non-profits, and well-established companies.

Through her Newport-based marketing communications firm, City-by-the-Sea Communications, Michele is committed to helping business owners, entrepreneurs, for-profit and non-profit organizations build upon and expand their reach by creating a positive and exponential footprint in the greater New England region, and beyond.

Michele received her Bachelor’s degree in Journalism & Marketing Communications at Suffolk University, and her MBA from Simmons University School of Management. She also has participated in advanced leadership training throughout her career and serves on several non-profit boards and commissions.
