About our keynote: 

Wendy Kagan, MS, ACC is the founder and principal of wekWorks Inc. and a certified leadership coach who partners with women leaders who are navigating transition, increased responsibility, and evolving leadership expectations. A former Chief Human Resources Officer with C-suite experience, Wendy brings a strategic, business-focused coaching lens to leadership development, helping women move from being deeply capable and over-extended to confident, visible, and strategic leaders.

In addition to one-on-one coaching, Wendy leads a women’s leadership cohort and the From Burned Out → Bold™program, supporting women in transition as they clarify their leadership identity, strengthen executive presence, set sustainable boundaries, and lead in ways that reflect their values and best selves without burning out.

Wendy is also a sought-after speaker on women’s leadership, burnout prevention, and sustainable performance, drawing on her executive background and coaching experience to deliver practical, relatable insights for leaders and organizations.

Wendy also partners with CEOs and Boards to design leadership development and succession strategies that strengthen women’s leadership pipelines and align talent, culture, and business performance.

Wendy holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the University of Michigan and a Master of Science in Human Resource Management from Northeastern University.
